Lago di Sorapis Packing List

Lago di Sorapis is a 12 km day hike with cable sections, ladder queues and exposed ledges — Instagram doesn't show the muddy boots. Lee hiked it after Alta Via 1 with a 20–30 L daypack, poles and a rain shell.

Footwear

Sturdy soles with good traction — break them in before ladder sections.

Daypack

20–30 L for water, snacks, layers and camera gear. Chest strap helps on exposed sections.
