How long to allow

The full 112 km loop is often walked in 4–6 days; Lee's published itinerary is six days. Shorter Routes B, C and D variants (5–13 km) suit day hikes without committing to the full loop. Hotels and B&Bs in Echternach and Diekirch fill on autumn weekends.
