Getting to La Gomera: Ferry, Tenerife & San Sebastián

Most hikers reach La Gomera via Tenerife — fly to the larger island, take the ferry to San Sebastián, and walk from there. You don't need a car for a through-hike.

Step 1: Fly to Tenerife

• Restaurants, pharmacies, gear shops
• Ferry terminal for arrival/departure
• Recommended pre-night before early Day 1 start

Exit

Return ferry from San Sebastián to Los Cristianos — allow buffer before Tenerife flight. Most through-hikes finish where they started.
